Do you offer any payment plan?
Yes, we offer installment plans designed around you. For our individual English Coaching services as well as our workshops and mini-group classes we offer flexible payment options. These may vary depending on the course of your choice.
In general, you can count on a two-installment plan: 50% of the fees should be wired in advance before Start Date of the course of your choice; two weeks after, a second installment with 50% of the remaining fees of the course is due.
For any installment plan you choose, payment must be done solely via bank wire transfer or Paypal.

Do you offer a refund policy?
If you should cancel your registration before the registration deadline, you do not have to pay anything. However, if you cancel after the deadline, or simply do not show up for the course, you must pay the full course fee.
You may not cancel your registration by speaking to the course lecturer. All cancellations must be sent in writing (letter, fax, or email) to the Language Studio. Not paying the course fee does not count as a cancellation. Further information on general terms and conditions may be found here.
Can I re-schedule my in-person lessons?
If you have booked a personal session, you have the possibility to reschedule your class. See here for the complete modalities.
